However I have a long history of multi-trade work having completed high spec extensions throughout the years, no job is too small. I carry out property maintenance which involve carpentry plumbing and electrics as well as refurbishments all within the latest regulations.

We are a father and son landscaping team, Derek and Josh. We have over 20 years experience and I would say we are friendly, kind and approachable. Attention to detail is very important to us , this gives us job satisfaction and gives you a better long term result. Our services include lawn renovation or replacement, garden renovation/ jungle clearance, gravel paths and driveways, raised bed construction, , fitting everedge metal edging to create borders or edge lawns. This is just a small sample of what we can do. We don’t however lay patios. Finally we are fully insured and have a waste carrier license. We do try to recycle as many materials as possible particularly soil and gravel.

So the context here is that we have had 4 roofers come to us (not from Rated People) to repair our leak. All arrived with promises to resolve our leak and none managed to do this. Jay and his team inspected the job, confirmed what needed to be done and has delivered on his promises. We have a professional job completed to time and under budget and I have no issues in recommending Jay and his team if you require a professional roofer.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Mar came to my home and was extremely polite and professional and was very willing to do any garden work I asked him to do. He removed all the turf from my front garden and replaced it with a weed membrane and stone chippings and now it looks amazing. It was all done very quickly. They did a great job at taking my garden waste, although the original quote was lower than the quote they gave me after inspecting the task, they quoted before the job but failed to inform it didn't include VAT, which knocked the quoted price up by 20%. Would've been 5 stars if they were clearer with the price. However I cannot fault the work, and it needed to be done.
