Was contacted by Tomasz on the same day I posted the job (Sunday) and he came out to see the job that day. It was for an elderly couple who required a bathroom refit. He understood that i wanted them to feel safe just as much as the quality of the job. Kevin messaged on 11 Aug saying he'd order radiator parts and asked us to update our review as he was blocked from Rated. We did. He later criticised us, saying he'd been on holiday. We reminded him he never showed up as agreed. No apology, no update, and still no fix. We've had enough of the excuses and silence—now hiring a professional to get the job done properly.
