This was a small job to demolish a brick pillar at front of my house affected by root growth and rebuild a new pillar. From my initial contact with Greg, til the completion of the job, my experience was excellent. He turned up to quote for the work at the agreed time. The very reasonable quote was given immediately and on acceptance Greg was able to fit in this small job within a few days. He turned up on time, did an excellent job and left the site tidy. Very impressed.
Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Excellent job: good advice and discussion in advance of starting work to get a clear picture of what I wanted, as well as updates while I was travelling and busy with my own work; they kept to their timetable and brief, and even came up with a supplementary suggestion (resurfacing my drive) which has set the whole garden improvements off to perfection. Plus, they dealt with difficult set-backs - some damage to the fencing - with remarkable aplomb and helpfulness. Highly recommended!
