The builders were quite friendly and patiently did the renovation of our home as per our requirements. It included full home renovation and creating a new downstairs washroom. He always followed up whenever we had any queries regarding the work and did a good job.

Florin's work on my new staircase was excellent. His work was clean and tidy. When there were opportunities to take short cuts, he didn't, always completing a thorough and professional job. He gave advice and talked through each of the options carefully. His work was completed on time and on budget. His team were courteous, polite and cleaned up every day. The final job was better than expected. I would have no hesitation in using him again.

Our bathroom was completed to a high standard, and workmanship was excellent. Francisco was punctual, diligent didn’t cut corners and paid particular attention to detail. He was helpful and answered all our questions. Our back bedroom was also painted and decorated to a high standard. I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.

Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time.
