This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. High quality job from quote to finish. In the end we had a new boiler and mains pressure hot water tank to replace the original set up. Good advice on products and even saved us from replacing a power shower by understanding the system we already had, when every other engineer had advised that it would have to be replaced. Good price for the job. Always arrived when he said and removed all the waste promptly. I would definitely use Tim again and intend to use him for all my Gas and plumbing needs.

The job appeared to go well and the new shower cubicle was well designed and fitted. However, the installer did not call back to check as he had promised. I understand that he was not well at the time following the installation, but it is now 4 months since we heard anything. There were a couple of finishing jobs not done (sealant etc) and some expensive tools left, which are still waiting to be collected.
