The work was excellent, I was consulted every step of the way & everywhere was left clean & tidy each evening, also when the job was completed.Martin was brilliant, didnt try to get me to have any extras that werent needed.Very pleasant workmen that got on with the job, & got it finished on time. The job appeared to go well and the new shower cubicle was well designed and fitted. However, the installer did not call back to check as he had promised. I understand that he was not well at the time following the installation, but it is now 4 months since we heard anything. There were a couple of finishing jobs not done (sealant etc) and some expensive tools left, which are still waiting to be collected.

Martin was extremely professional and spent the best part of 2 hours trying to fix our toilet, even going as far as checking the external drains. Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. Would recommend and would definitely hire again.
