Absolutely thrilled with our new shower! Amir was fantastic—professional, friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had a radiator changed, another one removed, a boil tap installed, and our bath taken out and replaced with a sleek new shower. Marius arrived on time and sorted out the problem we had with our close coupled cistern in less than an hour. He also (within the reasonable price quoted for the job) sorted out the problem my daughter was having with the cistern in her flat. The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

Would not recommend, was inconsiderate, turned up at my home late at night twice unexpectedly. Did not paint neatly - didn’t use frog tape I provided - painted into my ceiling and skirting boards. Ruined my original fireplace by splashing paint on it. Left my home dirty with all the rubbish left behind. Did not have basic tools that a professional tradesperson would usually have - used my new hoover and left paint all over it and used it to hoover up wallpaper which made it jam.
