Joseph carried out a bathroom refresh for me which I’m very happy with. His work was of good quality, he was communicative and gave advice on what might work well as we went through. job not complete , heated towel rail not connected , hot and cold tap wrong way round shower screen not properly secure outside pipework is appauling , i would NOT reccomend this fitter to do a ny work AVOID !

Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

If i could have given half a star i would have. I was told that my work would have taken 5 days to complete we are now into our 3rd week and it is no way near finished. They were turning up at lunch time and leaving at 5 or starting at 11 and finishing at 2.15. So we got fed up with it and told them to leave. Would definitely not recommend

You can see the reviews on a other website I am on, it’s called Nextdoor. We are reliable, trustworthy and have great customer service. We have a great eye to detail. We do most garden work, including weeding, trimming hedges, edging, maintaining soil beds, pressure washing patios and driveways, removing rubbish and - if you like your stripes - we also do grass!
