Unfortunately, we were unhappy with Remi’s service. He charged £200 and said the issue was fixed, but it returned the next day. He claimed it wasn’t his responsibility and wanted to charge again. He then agreed to come back but cancelled directly with the tenants without informing me + went away for two weeks, leaving them without washing facilities. We had to hire another contractor and also compensate the tenants. A refund was refused.

I recently had a room painted and decorated with Rr company. I was contacted immediately following my request for a quote and Sami from Rr started the job within a few days...the day that suited best. Sami was very professional and always polite and friendly. He worked hard and explained what he was doing and completed the job a little earlier than was thought initially. His paint work is excellent and he tidied everything up afterwards. I would definetely be happy for Sami to do any other work again.

Disappointed to say the least, Anna got in touch after we posted our job advert, she ask for further lead on a job that was urgent fix to a leak for us, sent all additional requested info on job lead to her and she never got back or even bother to send someone out as agreed, extreamly poor customer service for a start and i definately wont recommend

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. Overall they did a good job. Brendon and his team are great guys. The main reason I'm giving 3 stars is that the typical thing happened: A quote of £550 was agreed to replace 7-8 missing tiles and then open arrival and closer inspection more issues are discovered and suddenly the quote increases to £2000. The two guys fixing the issues spent max 5-6 hours on the fixes with no expensive materials used. Shame cause I was considering them for a whole roof replacement next year, not anymore.

I had CCTV cameras (all wired) , ethernet ports in various rooms, WiFi access points and a managed switch all installed and configured in my house around May 2025. Dhillon and his team were great, communicative throughout. He provided advise on the recommended components and configuration, explaining pros and cons of the various devices. He also recommended certain amendments but did not push. Would highly recommend!
