Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade. Really pleased with the sound proofing work Nigel has done. I was experiencing daily noise from the tumble dryers and vibrations & noise from the washing machines in the Communal Laundry serving 40 flats . The laundry is situated below my flat . Following the work Nigel has done for me, I can no longer hear the tumble dryers. The noise & vibrations from the washing machines has decreased by at least 80%, which is great and more than I expected due to the nature of how some other residents use the laundry.

In total 4 ridge tiles were broken, old tiles kept to show us the fault. New tiles in place and look very good. Extra work requested on the conservatory to fix leaks, still waiting to see if this has worked, but feel confident. A very good job done in the required time.
