I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. I would call these people 1st no matter what. I had mother's house cleared out from top to bottom. Sent me videos of after the clearance was complete and so cheap your fall off your chair. I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

However if I need to hire a LWB/ XLWB the rough rate is £45-£50 per hour. With a minimum charge of £100.00. Please note, I can price the job as a one off quote accurately. If you can provide the pickup and delivery address. In addition provide images of the items that you require to be relocated.
