I had a persistent damp or leak issue around a bath, causing water stains in the room below. Deo of Action Building diagnosed the problem and implemented a complete fix. Other builders had seen this but had not been able to work out what was wrong. It was quite a big job. It started promptly and was carried out quickly. Deo also consulted on and fixed other building problems around my house.

I hired Ahmed for laying herringbone engeneered wood flooring. From the initial phone call, discussing details, was clear that he's got years of experience with wide range of flooring. There is only one word to describe Sydney and that is ‘ amazing’. From the start he took time to discuss what we wanted from the design to creating an en suite and refurbished our existing bathroom. He is very hard working and some days put in a lot of hours , he is professional, honest and reliable and did a great job paying particular attention to detail. If you’re lucky he sings while he works! I definitely recommend Sydney .

Leon and Ashley did a very good job on my floors. I was unable to move my lounge furniture as for being too heavy. They did it with great care and arranging my room for me once the job was finished. A couple friends visited on Sunday and were amazed with the results Even Bow ( my German Shepherd) noticed the change and kept looking and sniffing at the floor. I really appreciated them working so hard they were given plenty of coffees, cokes, plus burger and chips. Thank you -Linda
