The work carried out by John Ward was excellent. His advice was invaluable. When the original floor was removed we had a damp problem. John resolved this problem with good advice and the new solid wood floor was fitted with excellent precision. My wife is very pleased with the completed floor. Steve took our fireplace ideas and made them into exactly what we wanted. Professional and polite throughout, he worked hard to get the job done. Trustworthy enough to leave with a key to our house whilst we were at work, and kept us up to date with what he had done and what he had left to do.
