Julian was super efficient in terms of quoting and helping me understand the re-wire process as well as answering questions, making very logical suggestions and clearly describing the works. His quote came back within hours and he answered ongoing questions about things really promptly too which was great. He seemed very knowledgeable and professional.

Your website didn't offer all the tradesmen who contacted me. I ended up with Stephen Cornell of Heat Logic Ltd. He came on a Bank Holiday and gave me a proper quotation, outlining and explaining all the work he anticipated doing. He did an excellent, efficient job and was very professional. Best of all, his price was considerably lower than the unseen, over the phone quote I received from the other plumber on the website.

Steve was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, skilled, polite and diligent. I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

Simon was absolutely fantastic. Not only was his quality of work fantastic, he was the best price by a country mile. Really friendly, personable and was constantly cleaning up after himself as to not make a mess.
