Firstly... I'd like to thank Ricky heating engineer for the quality of work he carried out with regards to replacing the original boiler. He pin pointed a few faults one which the previous owner was aware but the engineer who attended didn't spot the fault. I suggested possibly replacing the boiler to which he gave me really good advice and arranged an appointment to renew boiler. He came on a Bank Holiday and gave me a proper quotation, outlining and explaining all the work he anticipated doing. He did an excellent, efficient job and was very professional. Best of all, his price was considerably lower than the unseen, over the phone quote I received from the other plumber on the website.
