Lolli did an absolutely fantastic job creating a beautiful new bathroom for our home. He worked very long hours and along with Johnny always left the site clean and tidy. We were particularly impressed with Lolli's attention to detail and perfectionism. There were several issues that came up during the process, as our bathroom is very small with wonky walls and an uneven floor but Lolli rose to the challenge and found a solution for every problem. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I'm already planning for him to come back and build our en-suite and install our central heating as soon as we can find room in the budget!

I used the Rated People website for the first time when the recent bad winds damaged our fences. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.
