Keiran and his gang at Smith & Sons are a total disgrace. He demanded full payment upfront (which clearly funded his honeymoon), did the bare minimum, then vanished. No return, no refund, no shame. They’ve taken our money and run – pure theft, in my view. They hide behind multiple business names, which reeks of dishonesty and likely tax dodging. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Avoid them like the plague. I wouldn’t let them near a garden with a bargepole.

We had our front garden fence removed and replaced with a brick wall. The finished result looks amazing. I’m so happy with it. The staff were courteous and professional and worked super hard and efficiently. The whole job took a week which was faster than expected. They left everything clean and tidy. After receiving several quotes they were very competitively priced too. Can not recommend highly enough

Matt undertook a 4 month project which involved removing walls, installing flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, new radiators, windows, bifold doors. He was 100% reliable and was onsite daily, always happy to give guidance and advice and worked tirelessly to ensure our building went to plan. His work is of a high standard and he has a positive outlook making it easy to work with him and resolve issues. Messed up a simple job battening a level deck frame. I told Richard where to start, but he ignored it and installed them out of level, then cut my level posts to match his poor layout. Struggled with gate hanging, so I had to finish it. Lawn has high/low spots, left cement bag open, mud on path/carport, and even took my plastic tub. Poor finish, can't follow basic instructions, and doesn’t answer calls now. Shoddy, careless work. Would not recommend. 1 star
