Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. We contacted several tilers to provide quotes for what was quite a substantial job. Paul from the very first conversation showed himself to be very knoweldgeable about the process for our need including floor preparation, materials to use and correct deployment of expansion joints. He began the job without delay, continued through to the end and provided a first class professional service going the extra mile to ensure finer detailing was spot-on and passed on trade savings to us. I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..
