Ian and Peter were extremely adept at identifying the issues with the wiring of our kitchen, providing a quote with a fast turnaround. On the day of the fix, the two of them were professional, polite and personable, sorting the issue and explaining what the issue was and what steps had been taken to rectify the problem. We hired Ryan to rewire our whole house and he did the job to a professional and high standard in just over 6 days including working on the weekend. Ryan didn’t hesitate to answer my many questions and he kept us updated throughout the whole job. Ryan is a knowledgeable and trustworthy guy who fulfilled all our expectations. He is definitely more reasonable in price than other quotes we had. We would highly recommend him for any small or major works and use his services again.

Matthew was fantastic, came round very quickly after calling to discuss the job. Got the job done to a brilliant standard. The job was only small but this did not matter. Will definitely be using again.
He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.
David and Matt took a detailed look at the problem when quoting: hard to see from the ground so they took digital photos to explain what was needed. They gave options for materials when doing the estimate and when the job had started. It was a good job, completed to time and within cost, with minimum disruption. The site was left very tidy and David and Matt took a 'can-do' approach to difficult site access. Highly recommended!
