Quoted £320 for trimming bushes, removing the waste, weeding and putting down weedkiller. Only the bushes have been trimmed, with these now left strewn across my garden. Told my girlfriend they would return at 9am the next day to finish the job after instructing her to walk to the nearest cash machine to pay immediately. Never returned, haven't refunded, and no longer replying to texts or answering calls. Currently exploring formal resolution, although would accept either a refund or a finished job.
