Mr Goodman, was punctual for all appts before starting the job. He brought with him relevant colleagues, ie electrician and plumber. He started work last week and so far all is going very well. The only problems have been with deliveries, but this is not his fault.

Lee Charles recently finished my new driveway, steps and walls which included brickwork, omega blocks and sandstone tiles. Lee's work was professional and thorough throughout and he took time over even the smallest details on the project. I would not hesitate to use Lee again for work at my property and I would 100% recommend Lee to my friends and colleagues. We have really appreciated the efficient and professional work from Tom. He delivered a very competative quote in a good timely manner, when we agreed on the contract he arrived on time, and his work was good and accurate. We wish we had used him from the start of the bathroom project as I'm sure we would have had an excellent job from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Tom again. Thank you.

Leon was very professional and his attitude was great from the start of the job to the finish. He was always contactable if we needed, and we will defiantly use him again should we need a plasterer.

Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

Excellent job of installing a side door to my garage. Very neat, clean and tidy. The door couldn't Be installed where we wanted it, so Gary was very helpful with suggestions and where it has been installed actually looks better than where we originally wanted it to go. We be using Gary again in the very near future.

I gone through many builders for my bathroom job and need ideas to sought out leaking and do designing for bathroom no body can help me and said they will come back to me ,Then one of my friend told me about rated people where I post the job get response straight way from mr. Deep who made appointment with me . He is very professional , come on time and give me good ideas as I am 54 he help me out with many things and sought out the bathroom for me . We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.
