Andrew from Eland Construction left us with a very good impression, sadly we had to postpone the job for personal reasons, but he was very knowledgeable and left us a feeling of trust right from the start. Craig was very responsive, knowledgeable and competitively priced when he came to quote. The work carried out is great, Craig and Connor worked tirelessly to finish in 30+C heat, and the results are better than what I had planned in my head.

Billy is a nice guy and does fantastic work. He came to do a bit of yard work and maintenance as well as clearing a huge pile of rubbish and some Buddleia bushes, re-stain a fence etc. All done and dusted in the one day. Good honest price. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. Very solid work, I'd have no hesitation before hiring him again.

Found I had a wall support that was literally moving. Alan came out had a look, gave a very good quote and when I said when can you do it the reply was "tomorrow !" Came as promised, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves. Would I recommend.... Deffinatly !

This was a very high standard of work. I had to work for the week and felt very comfortable leaving him with keys to my home. I would defiantly use Spencer again to do work within my home.

Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.

Definitely recommend! Needed work done ASAP and were able to quote and start work straight away. Quote was very reasonable and they stuck to it .. Even when a few extra jobs came up the final price was as expected. Will be moving house and have saved number for any jobs that need doing!

Prompt response to my advert.Came the next day to quote for the job,which was very reasonable.Accepted the price & twenty four hours later arrived to do the job. Dave is a very good tradesman,with qualities that should get him a lot of work. Would recommend him to anyone looking for someone to do a good at a fair price. Hope he gets a lot more positive reviews.

Craig is still working for us doing the first fix and we are very happy with his work. His work is very good quality, very neat, quality pipes and fittings and he measures things correctly and uses a spirit level so everything looks perfect. He turns up when he says he will and works consistently hard all day. He communicates well, suggesting ideas and is extremely helpful and tidy. We would highly recommend him.
