This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. However, having chosen 1st choice as my preferred supplier over others that got in contact I am confident that I my decision was fully justified. Everything about the whole experience ranging from their first contact to invoicing me was excellent. I highly recommend this company and when I move, I wouldn't hesitate in using them again. The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. They worked well during the day and finished the painting job for us. well done. ps. They did not need to have a radio blaring away like some, this was appreciated.

Top quality service, very happy with the results. Robert ended up working in the dark due to traffic congestion on his way back from the DIY. He works very hard and gets the job done quickly and efficiently despite weather conditions. Would highly recommend this company.

Henry has done an excellent job in re-rendering my property and associated tasks. He showed expertise when advising me on the work to be under taken. I found Matthew to be very honest and trustworthy ,he explained what needed doing without trying to fob me off with some tall stories ,he was clean and tidy at all times ,very polite ,not afraid of hard work ,in fact one very cold night he was still working in the dark to make sure everything was working ok ,I would highly recommend Matthew to anybody ,in fact I have told all my many friends about him and his clean and tidy work ,excellient work,very reliable ,very good value. When we moved into our new house we needed power in the shed for the washing machine etc and a few other small jobs. Lee gave us a very reasonable quote and arranged to do the work the following weekend. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and worked almost non-stop. He did everything we had asked, plus a couple of additional jobs, and it all looks and works great. His work is very neat and he tidied up as he went along. We wont hesitate to recommend Lee and will definitely ask him first in future.
