But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Nicholas and his team did a great job in redesigning our garden (installing tiered decking, levelling parts of the garden and filling with soil and pebbles). It was a challenging project as we have a slope with a number of trees/roots they had to work around. He was contactable throughout and quick to respond to any queries. He was also flexible in making sure we got a garden design we were happy with and was very open to accommodating our suggestions. The work itself was completed quickly and on time.
