I posted photos of my job and recieved a quote via text straight away. When I made contact to book the job they came the following day at the agreed time and the guy that came was fantastic. I was able to leave him to it while I carried on sorting through in the house. I only had to assist with the slightly heavier items which was my choice I even helped the guy out at the end as he had done a fantastic job by himself up to that point. 1. Turned up 1.5 hours late to my property. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call until 1 hour had passed. 2. Didn’t have the right tools to complete the job. Took one look at it, banged a hammer a few times, and said it can’t be done (for the record - the job was subsequently completed in about 20 minutes by a proper tradesman) 3. Left my property after 10 minutes. Then demanded I pay £80 call out charge, in spite of having done absolutely nothing and arriving 90 mins late. STAY AWAY from Electro Flame.
