Small let down on the agreed start day to fit our doors, but this has been completely rebalanced and more by John Paul's reliability since and flexibility in working around and through many problems caused on our side due to damaged doors from the supplier, super-wonky existing door frames and a host of other unexpected glitches, all handled, within the original agreed price. There is still one more to fit when and if we get a replacement, but the ones he has done look great and fit excellently.

Very friendly and amenable. Brad gave a fair price for some additional work while he was here and we were very happy with the work. He communicated with us through the whole job to make sure we were happy with what was being done. Will hire again.

This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. From the very prompt response to our initial enquiry, the site visit the next day, the speedy, detailed and reasonable quote through to the efficient and polite way that the work was carried out within a very short time, we were really impressed. Emails were answered within hours, appointments were kept, additional work was taken on without problems and telephone and email updates provided throughout. It is so rare to get this level of service. I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent company.

The work undertaken by Derek of CFJ Services comprised simply replacing two two broken tiles on the roof of the house although one tile needed to be cut to fit. Derek is a pleasant character and an experienced tiler and was able to both quote and undertake the work on the spot at the same time as his visit. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I would certainly ask him to do any further work on my roof. His price was equal or less than the other two trades people who quoted

Friendly, reliable and did a lovely job to fit a huge (3 metre +) verticle blind. I was so pleased with the work, I asked them to come again to put together a very awkward wall bed that swings down from a wardrobe. Reviews regarding the bed online, complained of it taking professionals 3 days to put together, but with Adrian and Michael's professionalism, they had it done within a day! Would definitely recommend - when my wardrobes get delivered, A.K K will be building those too. Very happy customer!

I cannot praise Ryan enough, he has been very quick in responding to my e-mails, the work started on time and finished on time. The standard of work is excellent and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Ryan and already I am planning to use him again for our next project.
