This was my first experience of using Rated People so I didn't know what to expect albeit I don't usually expect anything that way I don't end up disappointed. I spoke to dozens of builders and had given up trying to find someone decent to do a full extension at a reasonable price, so I put an ad on here instead just for the key structural jobs. Pete came round and his knowledge, advice and very reasonable price for those elements resulted in me giving him all the work for the extension build and I'm very glad I did because he did an amazing job (thanks Pete!)

Simon is extremely professional, very friendly, and has a fantastic attention to detail that isn't found often in tradesmen these days. He has an obvious pride in his work which is reflected in the quality of the job he completed for us. We have hired him again for more work, because an electrician of his standard is hard to find!

I recently contacted Wayne with Anglian Drives & Pavements for a short notice job around our house to clean the walkways and drive that have been neglected for way too long. He arrived promptly when expected and did excellent work. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism and the quality of his work. I would definitely recommend him.

Job cost more than my budget but he made suggestions to keep cost down. He also fed into decision on what I wanted done to help me avoid bad decisions that would have resulted in a flooding issue in my back garden whenever it rained. Mark was very knowledgeable.

Thinks outside of the box and is happy to work with clients on a step by step basis. Gave very helpful advice on the phone when the a circuit failed due to a previous owners bad wiring. Highly recommended.

Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. Trustworthy, professional and clean. Would absolutely recommend Arek and his team. We'll certainly be asking him back when we have the garden to do. 5*
