I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. Render repair failed. Matthew made a series of 7 appointments to fix, and failed to keep any of them. Definitely not recommended.
