Hello, I’m Kyle, owner of Urban Houzz. We fit LVT, laminate, vinyl, carpets & lay screeds/dpms whilst also having an outdoor living department for your glass rooms, pergolas, and awnings. You’d be warmly welcomed to visit our showroom in Oakham where you’ll see the articulate craftsmanship on display with our fully LVT fitted flooring designs ranging from herringbone, chevron, heritage, wood and tile effect and bespoke border work. I'm happy to supply and install your flooring, but if you just want my expertise to install/advise on any DIY projects that's fine. I can damp proof floors, fix uneven floors with screeds and plywood, lay carpets and design bespoke flooring with Luxury Vinyl Tiles. If you’d prefer us to visit your residence I can bring all samples to your home and measure up followed by a quote for your project. We are a small family run business, I have over 10 years fitting experience in the flooring sector whilst being approved retailers for some of the largest carpet and LVT brands across the country. Some of the pictures in our profile are from recent jobs and of our showroom.

Easy to do business with. Job quality was very good and the quote was highly competitive. James was generally very responsive to messages to deal with any issues that arose. There were very few of these and were dealt with quickly. Strongly recommend.

Tony contacted me straight away about a quote to replace some bathroom tiles and arranged to come to give a.quote soon after. The quote was very reasonable, and he was able to come within a couple of days to do the work he arrived in time, made little noise or mess. He cleaned up afterwards, and the job is first class. He even fitted a new shower mixer. Would recommend Tony, and will be asking him back when there are more jobs to do.

TTO completed a large kitchen renovation in our house. The standard that they have completed it to is fantastic. Their attention to detail, flexibility and work ethic is excellent, no job is too big or too small. I would honestly never have anyone do any work on our property. I would give more stars if I could.
