I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Their challenge was to strip my flat roof & replace years of bodged felt , rotten boarding & rotten joists. Update on previous rating as follows. I have downgraded my star rating because after the work was finished a water leak was discovered. The leak was due to a poor connection on pipes underneath the floor tiles below the newly fitted washbasin. It has cost nearly £1000 to find and repair the leak , plus water charges. The firm has not offered any compensation for their mistake.

I thought the job had been completed satisfactorily so I paid for the work in full. It then became apparent that problems existed. Scot did not dispute the issues and agreed to return to resolve them. There then followed 9 separate dates when we agreed for the work to be done. Scot failed to turn up for any of the dates. A variety of excuses were given for some, others he just didn't arrive. Despite giving 7 working days to return the money paid this has also been ignored. Be warned!
