Mark put flashing where the leak was and also sealant over the joints in my flat roof kitchen extension. He said the roof needed replacing but it will be OK for a couple of years. He said any problems just get in touch and he will sort it. The leak was still there, I contacted him 6 times and 6 times he promised to come and sort it. This was during the weeks before Christmas but he never came back. I am a 71 year old pensioner and have been left with the same leak even though I paid to have it sorted.

The gas fire required a new part which he ordered that day & he returned the next day to complete the work at a reasonable cost. Response was quick. I paid £1200 which was rather expensive for a flat roof over bedroom. The leak returned after a week. Following several messages to repair as I was assured it was guaranteed. They did not return, I am now paying another company again. This has led to further damage given the weather.
