Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed. Joe completed the work by the agreed end date and proved to be very reliable and trustworthy. I will be hiring him again for other jobs around my property.

I am writing concerning the excellent service and work undertaken by Wayne Triggs Building Services for Pennine Lancashire Community Farm as small Charity in Burnley. Wayne Triggs supported by Graham help us create a 168 square meter wooden frame building. Wayne worked positively with the Charity in undertaking all tasks, including sourcing appropriate materials, agreeing tasks, providing effective contacts etc. The end of this process has been the creation of fantastic environmental friendly building.

Jason came to assess the job, gave me a quotation which I accepted and he came with his brother two days later and completed the job within the day.He also replaced a couple of tiles which we could see had slipped on the roof. They tidied up after themselves. Invoiced price as per the quote.We will use them again and recommend them to my friends.

William and Malik did an excellent job. Despite needing to do extra work, to make the chimney stack safe, they were super quick. Lovely people, helpful, and kept us informed all the time. Left everything really tidy. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Paul was really professional and clear about the work, everything was explained clearly and the work completed to a great standard, especially the roof, the builders were really friendly and treated our property with respect, we were kept informed at every stage and we made changes to works and nothing was too much trouble. Even after the work was finished they are still offering advice and help.

Excellent job from Colin. Good quality materials. Professional installation from a guy that really knows his stuff. All for a good price. Someone else, who sent a hard-sell salesman rather than the guy doing the job, wanted £700 more to do the same job. Colin, did this for the right price. Friendly, professional bloke. You can’t go wrong.

Inviting contractors into your home can be daunting, but I can't praise Michael and his team enough. From the start, he was warm, clear and honest about the work, and his communication throughout was excellent. The job was completed on time and to a standard that exceeded all expectations. Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.
