Polite, courteous and professional with great communication and punctual, too. Tim swapped three locks with keyed-alike and thumb-turns inside the property, and also serviced/re-adjusted the doors to work better. The guys carried out a fantastic repair of my bathroom roof within the time and budget agreed. They were very careful getting their equipment through the house as there was no rear access and did a good clean up after the job was finished.
