David kept me informed about what time he would be arriving to do my job. He came and built my 5 ft wardrobe quick and effective, I would recommend David. If I need any other job done I will be contacting David.

Paul repointed a garden wall that was starting to crumble. Excellent work. He was on time, super friendly, and easy to talk to and he did a great job. I was also very happy with the price which was below what others had quoted.

Very pleased with the work Will did; one of those fiddly little jobs that involved repairing a king size bed which was just too big & heavy to move by myself. Willing to discuss the options and tidied up beautifully at the end. We hadn't discussed the cost before he started and it was a little more than I'd hoped but not as much as I'd feared.

Kirk is simply amazing! His honesty is what I was most impressed by he is very respectful, hard working and kind, these attributes are hard to come by these days. Kirk did a wonderful job with my garden, its looking amazing. I will 100% recommend Kirk. He has earned my respect, I am so glad I found him. We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. I’m really pleased I found Alex! He came and quoted the job quickly and began work quickly . He worked around my week to get the job done , arriving at 6.20 the first day as I had to leave early for a meeting He is very tidy when working , i had to work from home a few days and you wouldn’t know he was there ! His work quality is fantastic , he completed the job ahead of time , explained everything to me and is very personable and polite . A really , really nice guy. Would recommend and use again

Steve did a complete renovation of a 2 bedroom flat for us - rewire, beautiful herringbone oak floors, plaster, paint, amazing new kitchen including white quartz countertop sourced at a great price and bathroom. Petre and his team were exceptional. He was able to complete the entire job including plumbing, complex fitting of worktops and three sided breakfast bar, splashbacks and hardwire electric installation in just three days and to a brilliant standard. The company is super responsive to emails and nothing is too much trouble. They are great at problem solving and the finish is first rate. Polite, tidy, skilled, talented and efficient, he double checked every detail with me so we got what we wanted. Delighted.

Starting from initial consultation when Klajdi came to my house to inspect the job for quotation. He was very humble and made reasonable recommendations. My instinct just stick to choose Property Claim for the job. WOW! is what I would describe their job. I had complete bath room and toilet fitted. This was done within reasonable time. They are very clean and professional. Installation was excellent and solid. Due to their reliability, I would definitely use them again. Thanks Lola
