Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.

Marcel worked efficiently to deliver a high quality finish to our bathroom renovation. He communicated what he was doing at each stage of the renovation and was helpful in sourcing the materials. He worked long hours and always cleared up after himself. Marcel is friendly, honest and hardworking. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received, our first quote was honoured despite the job being more complex than initially anticipated. We will be using Marcel again for other jobs.

Great guys, came on time as promised, very polite and helpful. Called them for 1 flat, ended up giving them 2 flats. They happily came back to finish off minor snagging works. Highly recommended, will use again.

It was a long job and the guys were very helpful and completed the job in good time. I was happy to pay for the extra time/work needed to complete the job, as I had under budgeted. The result was great and I was very pleased with the finish of the laminate in the flat.
