Quick to respond to the invitation & the quoted price was competitive. An appointment was arranged for a few days later. The engineer that came to do the work exemplified every professional attribute you'd expect.. When he left I was very happy. Then I found the inhibitor bottle had been left on the window cill - forgotten - seal unbroken. It took a bit of to-ing a froing to get them to send someone back to complete the job, but the young lad returned apologised finished the job in 25 mins. Happy customer.

I had a new boiler installed and also Neil fixed the problems I was having in the loft with leaking water tanks. I had a new radiator fitted and also I needed a new water tank in the airing cupboard. I was pleased with the work done by Neil and his companion and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Terry came this morning to my house done jobs that were required after visting me he then went to other family members homes to do there jobs we are all very happy he was punctual polite and an excellent worker. Kale and his team did my full system replacement for a really good price and I am delighted with the results. From his original advice (which was really needed as I wasn’t sure what I needed or what was the right approach for me) to the final support with some unpredictable issues, Kale’s advice was clear and comprehensive which helped me understand my options and feel confident that I was getting the best outcome for me.

Steve checked the boiler for the source of the leak. Then he checked the availability and price of the offending part; but feeling it was too expensive for what it was he advised that he would effect a repair, which he did. Knowing how much the cost of the part was and how much Steve actually charged me I can tell you this is a genuine person who is not out to rip you off. And on top of that he's a nice fella, He takes one sugar in his coffee.

AM Services came to fix my door handle springs and because I had a new born baby that was feeding, he said he would come back later when I had sorted myself out which I thought was very thoughtful. He did a good job and was very reasonably priced. Did the job swiftly. Happy customer.

When Craig came round he was able to tell me that my initial plan wouldnt quite work, so we formulated a new one, and even though i had awkward times for him to arrive he managed to fit us in and complete the job to the exact standard I required. Nice down to earth guy, clearly knows his stuff. We are absolutely going to use him again.

Keiran rang within minutes of me posting the job, which was for my elderly vulnerable neighbours. He was polite and very understanding. The job was completed the same day, after he had been and purchased the parts needed. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using him again!
