Just had my Vaillant 831 fitted by B&K Heating LTD, turned up on time, did a fantastic job & cleaned up, worth paying a bit more & we can tell the difference in the heating & water now, don't give these guys a miss, Excellent alround.

Andrew gave a written quote, which I thought was a little on the high side but after negotiation we agreed a price, Andy turned up on time, was diligent, clean working and thought about what was required before attacking the job, would I recommend him? yes definately, he's polite, diligent and honest.

He was able to work out the quote quickly which I was really happy with as it was competitive. He was able to fit me at a suitable day and as agreed turned up on time. His work was excellent, and completed to a high standard. Very happy with the job, price and John was a nice trustworthy guy. I will be using him again without hesitation.
