This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

On time, reasonably priced and nice manner. Punctured the plastic pipe, whilst placing the radiator mount, and quickly placed a joint. But that left the wall in the mount area a little hollow and a fair bit of sanding to complete. Hoping the joint doesn’t leak.

Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. Our £5k bathroom is ruined due to the unprofessionalism of TAPS - from start to finish its been a disaster. We are now left with leaks under our bath, which has fused the kitchen lights as the water has come thru the ceiling, a toilet that wobbles and a chrome radiator that he fitted with brass elbows. Professional!! Every opportunity has been give for Don to fix this put our correspondence is just ignored. So everyone be warned!!
