Regulatory compliance - as a gas safe engineer, I adhere to Gas Safe Register regulations to maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with legal requirements. These skills collectively enable me to carry out work professionally and safely, ensuring the smooth functioning of gas appliances while prioritising safety for both myself and my clients. I withhold a full Gas Safe qualification as well as City and Guilds (level 1, 2 and 3) qualifications in plumbing. I also have a g3 unvented hot water cylinder qualification. I do not recommend this company. I hired them to disconnect/reconnect a cooker. The worker asked for upfront payment, claiming he forgot his wallet. He then failed to return on reconnect day and was unreachable. When I finally contacted the boss, he was rude and unhelpful. I had to pay another company to finish the job. As an elderly, disabled woman, I was left without a way to cook for two weeks. Terrible service and no accountability
