Owned a house for over 20 years. Matt, with his worker, James are the best plumbers I've come across. Truly outstanding in all respects. They took care to minimise dust and disruption throughout. And the finish is superb, but just as good is the quality of the pipework craftsmanship under the floors and in the walls - no shortcuts - just quality. I cannot recommend Matt highly enough.

Mr. Noel Duffy of sapphire home improvement was invited to give us a quote to fix our polycarbonate roof. He provided us with a very competitive quote and carried out the work very efficiently and in good time. He was very thorough, clean & courteous worker. We will not hesitate to contract him again. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Very fair price, turned up quickly (as promised). Completed the repair, cleaned up after themselves (mopped, wiped, etc). Even helped to fix the main stopcock.

Polite and punctual. Replaced our kitchen tap without fuss and at the price quoted. Even left the plumbing better than it was with the isolation taps now easier to reach. Would definitely hire again.

Jason and colleague replaced a external garage door for us also a internal door in the kitchen. We were very pleased with there work and we would highly recommend Jason and will definitely use them again.

Hired paul to reconfigure my kitchen. He did not complete the job and walked out after 3 weeks leaving numerous jobs unfinished. Many things they did have had to be redone, the finish was shoddy and I don't think he knows what a right angle is. Would obviously not recommend, other tradesmen that have seen his workmanship have told me to report him to trading standards. He left me with a half finished job, saying he was not able to achieve the level of finish I was looking for.

Rob came round really quickly and made an excellent job - came back again to sort out more problems despite having to come all the way from Weston super Mare. He is very friendly and helpful and the price was much less than I thought. I have now engaged him again to do a complete central heating system in our new house.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

No one turned up. One person said he would come and see what was involved. As usual with this site, no one came. Eventually a friend came with a 3 year old. He wouldn't take any money but the 3 year old had 2 sausages and an ice lolly. .

Colin did a great job in identifying the root cause of an intermittent shower leaking problem that three previous plumbers I used, failed to find. Colin is a great guy, friendly, professional and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to others. Thanks again Colin for a great no nonsense job.
