Joe was very professional, punctual, tidy and all at a competitive price! Very quick to respond to my request.. and was very straightforward and telling me how much exactly cost and with no hidden extras. The cat-flap installed looks amazing and works perfectly! What can I say? I was slightly sceptical and didn’t expect too much but I was very much mistaken. The service we received from these guys was A1. From entering the details onto the website I was contacted via email and text message within minutes. I was then contacted, within 15 minutes , by Ideal roofing and building to make an appointment for the very next morning. Two very friendly guys arrived as scheduled, did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. The whole experience was actually a pleasure. Friendly, prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. Fair price and Anthony was very reliable and helpful. Explained what parts we needed and what needed to be done to fix guttering after falling down. Very polite and courteous. We believe this company does various tasks wouldn’t hesitate asking him to do a job for us again or recommended colleagues.

We cannot thank Richard enough for the great job he did building our conservatory, we love it! He completed it in the time he said and it has been finished to a high standard.
