Sam & his team (Col & Joe) worked extremely hard on several building projects to the property . They were friendly, polite, went above & beyond fixing problems we didn't know we had until unearthed during their work. They also made sure everything was left clean & tidy at the end of each day & removed all their rubbish. Very pleased with the results.

Mike and his son are first class professionals. They started on time , finished on time, worked to the budget, made adjustments with out fuss or increase in charges, and top of this they are highly skilled in a wide range of disciplines including gardening, building, carpentry, painting, electrics, plumbing and other odd jobs. Finally they are really nice people. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.

I was contacted by Nick at New Builds and he came to visit the site and explained everything to me in detail. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful.
