The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.

Honestly from start to finish Laszlo, worked professionally and was polite and hard working. He listened to my priorities and worked spontaneously around the 'British weather'. Lee Charles recently finished my new driveway, steps and walls which included brickwork, omega blocks and sandstone tiles. Lee's work was professional and thorough throughout and he took time over even the smallest details on the project. Had a specific budget in mind and Spade & Sparrow came up with a fantastic price which was well below my original figure in mind. He turned up on time and was very polite. He stuck to what he said he was going to do and did a fantastic job as well. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Extremely happy with the job Peter did. Communication was excellent and he went out of his way to ensure the job was done exactly the way we liked. Quote was really reasonable and did extra jobs we asked for. Would highly recommend to anyone. It was a shame we didn't find him sooner as we have had bad experiences in the past with other builders!

Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

I used 'Rated People' for the first time for a replacement fence job on Sat 24th March 2019. . Kris was very good in responding quickly to my request. He is very reliable visited the property very quickly to provide a quote and started the work on time. I would recommend his services and would definitely use his company again to carry out future jobs.
