Andrew was extremely professional and actually went beyond what he was contracted to do. I live in the US so couldn’t supervise the work in person but Andrew not only provided me written updates of progress but also attached pictures with clear descriptions. We’d highly recommend Alex, From the start he was really helpful and understanding of the job we had. He visited our property within 24 hours of the job going live and had a quote with us that evening. The work completed is of an incredible standard and Alex went above and beyond at our property to leave it looking like new. He cleaned up after himself constantly and was very helpful. Arrived within 30 mins and quoted, he didn’t have the correct part and had to go and get one for us, it was discontinued, but he returned with a solution and fixed the toilet making it a duel flush! Was more expensive than I had hoped, but we were off to a funeral and had a big gathering coming the next day, so it was sorted. Alin understood the urgency and did his absolute best.
