Amazing builder! Super reliable, I’m happy with them all the way through. High quality standard, and super fast work. Whatever you want, they will listen and make it with no fuss. From the very start working with these guys was simple. On the weekend they turned up to view the job I had and by Tuesday they arrived promptly and just got on with it. I left them to it and by late afternoon my job was done exactly to my requirements and to the amount agreed. They made sure that I was happy with the progress and quality at regular intervals. Great service with a great end result. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for any general construction work I need.

I used 'Rated People' for the first time for a replacement fence job on Sat 24th March 2019. . Kris was very good in responding quickly to my request. He is very reliable visited the property very quickly to provide a quote and started the work on time. I would recommend his services and would definitely use his company again to carry out future jobs.

Overall we were very impressed with Cedric, Rafael and their team. Rafael was very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the refurbishment from electrics to plumbing etc and we were able to rely on his expertise and advice.

Arek and his team have been fantastic from start to finish. Arek was quick to respond, visit and provide a competitive quote, He put us at ease on the first visit and remained visible and offered us advice and support throughout the project. This was greatly appreciated. The team were professional and trustworthy, and we are very happy with the floor and the quality of their work. It was refreshing to deal with FL4Group who not only kept to their word, i.e.no hidden extras. I have already recommended.

Christian was excellent! He finished a tiling, grouting and finishing when my previous contractor went AWOL. He has excellent attention to detail and was super tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending and will be calling on him again should I need any more jobs completed. 5 ??
