Sebastien and his colleague came and definitely delivered! They cleared my garden from all the weed, overgrown grass and thornbushes so well I forgot how big my garden was. I could see how meticulous and careful they were with their work and also cleaned up after themselves before they left the premises. 5 stars all around!

Amazing builder! Super reliable, I’m happy with them all the way through. High quality standard, and super fast work. Whatever you want, they will listen and make it with no fuss. I was apprehensive at first before making my first enquiries to get my job done as I haven’t done this kind of thing before. I was contacted by Nick at New Builds and he came to visit the site and explained everything to me in detail. The team at New Builds handled the job exceptionally well and kept me updated throughout the process. I was made aware of the costs all the way through which was helpful. I even needed some changes to the job which was handled just as well. I will be using them in the future.

Tony refurbished our bathroom with wet wall, a shower screen and a new front of bath. He was very quick in coming out to see the bathroom and gave us a decent price for the work, once accepted he came to complete the work quickly and professionally. He was fantastic, it was completed to a very high standard, when any problems came up with the materials provided he was quick to think around the problems and not let it halt the work, we will definitely use him again!

Gary stuck to time, and didn't charge for anything not laid out upfront. I was pleased with his time keeping, and worked into the night to ensure that the job was finished on time.

Steve was brilliant from the very moment we met. His in depth knowledge in installing artificial grass put my mind at ease and I knew he would do the job to a high standard. As he was installing at a childrens nursery he was very flexible installing over the weekend so that it was less disruptive. I wouldn't hesitate to use Steve & Lee again and have already recommended them to other people I know.
