I feel so fortunate that John responded to my job request. It was a pleasure to meet him and the work that he did was faultless. He crawled around in a very tight loft space, fixed problems with the ductwork for an extractor fan which had been there since the house was built. Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you

Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We were contacted quickly by the roofer and he came very quickly to have a look at the job that needed doing. That afternoon we received the quote and he send someone over to do the job two days later. It was done properly that day, with photos to show how nicely it was done! We are very pleased, with everything; the speed of the investigation, the speed of the pricing, the speed of the job, and the way the job was done! Terrific.
