My elderly mother had an issue with water leaking from the bathroom. Photos uploaded, Werner got in touch, was very communicative throughout and we agreed a time for this to be fixed. Werner provided a very reasonable quote and turned up promptly on time to fix the issue. Very efficient, friendly and simply got on with the task at hand. He cleaned up as he went along and the quality of his work was highly commended by my mother (and she's fussy). Werner is a great tradesperson, highly recommended
