No question is a silly question, if we don't offer the service we have a directory full of other trades so should be able to provide a solution. We are a team of fully registered and qualified Electricians, we have full insurances (public and professional indemnity) and carry out our work to the highest standard. We offer EIC and EICR certification, and part p certification for building control. A number of estate agents use us for regular Electrical Inspection Condition Reports. Our vehicles are fully stocked up with the general stock needed so usually we can solve the electrical issue with ease and speed without the need to call back multiple times. Whilst the app is a good idea having to select a job costing beforehand when you're not sure how much to pay is very frustrating. It also reduces your negotiation of any job with the tradesman you're contacting, I've used the RP app a few times but not sure if I will use it again. On this occasion I only had 1 reply so was grateful to get the job done but it comes at a price.
