Overall they did a good job. Brendon and his team are great guys. The main reason I'm giving 3 stars is that the typical thing happened: A quote of £550 was agreed to replace 7-8 missing tiles and then open arrival and closer inspection more issues are discovered and suddenly the quote increases to £2000. The two guys fixing the issues spent max 5-6 hours on the fixes with no expensive materials used. Shame cause I was considering them for a whole roof replacement next year, not anymore.

AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials.
